What are the store timings? ▾

Our supermarket doors are open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every single day of the week, including public holidays and Sundays.

Do you offer home delivery? ▾

Yes, we offer home delivery services within a 10km radius of our store locations in Kochi. Delivery is free for Gold membership holders or for orders above ₹999.

How do I become a Gold loyalty member? ▾

You are automatically enrolled into Silver tier when you sign up at the store. If your cumulative shopping exceeds ₹15,000 in a calendar year, you will be upgraded to the Gold VIP tier.

What payment methods do you accept? ▾

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Netbanking, Sodexo Meal Coupons, and cash on delivery.

Is parking space available at the store? ▾

Yes! We have a spacious, dedicated multi-level basement parking lot for up to 80 cars and 150 two-wheelers, which is free of charge for our shoppers.
